Contact Center Supervisor

The Contact Center Supervisor will manage member communications coming in and out of the Credit Union through a variety of member access channels including phones, electronic messages, website, home banking, and more.

The Contact Center Supervisor oversees our Contact Center staff designated for the new and upcoming department, managing appropriate and adequate call coverage, and serves as a back up to primary call representatives for inbound calls. The supervisor maintains flexibility and the skill to quickly shift work focus to ensure member first call resolution is achieved. With a focus on quality member service delivery, the Supervisor ensures all members are served based on Contact Center standards. Reviews and manages daily phone queue reports to track inbound calls and monitor abandon rates. Reviews daily phone representative reports to track per call resolution times and call volume per representative. Provides consistent and timely reports to the Director of Operations and senior management.

    Loan Administrator

    The lending administration position oversee critical and ongoing lending responsibilities which at minimum includes DMV, tax records, insurance and titles to ensure that all loans are appropriately secured and collateralized. Loan file reviews will be part of this position's responsibilities, as well as data monitoring, analysis and report development & management of the lending portfolio as required by the CLO, the CEO, the CFO and government regulators. Qualifications include strong Excel, analysis and data management skills, and detail-orientation.

    Collections Manager

    The Credit Union is looking for a Collections Manager that will plan, organize, direct, and control the activities and staff of the Collections Department, supervises and participates in the collection of delinquent loans and negative shares as well as reviews payments made from bankruptcy court, collection agencies, government claims, etc.

    The Collection Manager will perform risk analysis on the lending portfolio with specific focus on high risk products, underwriting issues, delinquency and charge off trends by product, etc. Manager ensures all key borrower data is tracked, monitored, managed and reported to the CFO, CLO and CEO consistently. The Credit Union works with many support services for collections and this position will require close management of outside vendors including collections, recoveries, repos, attorneys, etc. This is a leadership role for our organization which may require additional hours from time to time based on work flow, delinquency trends and management responsibilities.
